Verify a Signature
Enter the Signature ID from any DSG authenticated item to view the signer, event, witness details, and HD photos — and confirm the autograph is genuine.
It’s on the hologram or COA
Every item signed and authenticated by Diamond Service Grading at a DSG card show receives its own unique Signature ID — the certification number that ties the physical autograph to its record in the DSG database. Here’s where to find it:
On the hologram sticker
The Signature ID is printed on the tamper-evident hologram applied at the time of signing.
On your Certificate of Authenticity
Scan the QR code on your COA with your phone and the same authentication record opens instantly.
In your account
Had an item signed at a DSG show under your account? Every authenticated item is listed under My Account.
Every search checks the DSG database
Your search pulls the item’s record straight from DSG’s authentication database — the same system every autograph is logged in the moment it’s witnessed and sealed at a DSG show. The record shows the signer, the event, the DSG staff member who witnessed the signing, and HD images of the signature.
Buying or selling a DSG-authenticated item? Run the Signature ID first. If the item in front of you doesn’t match the signer, event, and images on its record, you’ll know right away.
